About the role

  • You conduct research and competitive analyses in the field of electromobility and electric vehicle charging solutions to identify trends and derive recommendations for product development and positioning

  • You participate in our entire sales process and support in building customer relationships up to contract negotiation and ongoing assistance

  • You establish and adjust our customer relationship database in CRM Hubspot, ensuring data quality, and supporting the analysis of customer data to enhance customer relationships

  • You support onboarding, operations, and billing processes of customers

  • You establish and maintain a system for capturing and analyzing customer feedback

  • You develop measures to improve the portfolio based on the collected feedback

Your profile

  • You collected 3+ years of professional experience in a partner management, business, or sales role

  • You have the ability to handle customer inquiries, contract negotiations, and ongoing support

  • You have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus

  • You have an interest in electromobility trends, electric vehicle charging technologies, and green energy

  • You are a team player and have the ability to collaborate across teams

  • You speak fluent German and English which is our company language

  • You have your permanent residence in Germany or the EU

Our hiring process

Application screening: Our People & Culture team screens all applications in collaboration with the teams.

P&C Screening Interview (30 min): This is the first step of the interview process, you will meet your recruiter here. The recruiter will give you an overview about the hiring process next steps and will answer any cultural related questions.

First interview (45 min): In this interview, you will meet your potential direct colleagues. The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides. 

Case study Interview (1,5 h): In this interview, candidates are presented with a real or hypothetical business scenario and asked to analyze the situation, identify key issues, and propose solutions. Solutions are in form of presentation and we give you an opportunity to explain your rational behind the solution.

Culture Add (1 h): In this last step, we want to introduce you to a few other people who you would be working with, so you get a good image of our team in total. Here, we will only focus on more cultural topics.

Full compensation packages are based on interview outcome, candidate experience and qualifications.

Salary range for this job:

€64.000-€75.000 EUR
