The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio
This position is office-based in Germany.

We work collaboratively across functions to empower tax advisor partners to manage Personio Payroll for our customers.
In this role, you will equip tax advisor partners with the skills, knowledge, and process awareness to identify, qualify, and transition opportunities for new or existing customers to our partnerships team.
Your primary focus is to develop and deliver tax advisor partner Onboarding, ensuring partners maximize every customer and prospect interaction.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Enablement Programs: You create, implement, and manage comprehensive sales enablement programs that provide tax advisor partners with the necessary training and resources to succeed. This includes developing training sessions, webinars, and workshops tailored to partner needs. These sessions will be delivered both virtually and onsite at our office.

Sales Subject Matter Expertise: You assist tax advisor partners with sales strategies and methods, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.

Resource Development: You collaborate with internal teams to develop and update selling enablement material, playbooks, and other resources that supplement your program

Relationship Management: You build and maintain strong relationships with tax advisor partners. Act as the point of contact for sales-related questions and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Continuous program improvement: Based on performance metrics shared by the Partnerships team, you find opportunities to improve the enablement program. You use data-driven insights to refine your enablement strategy and enhance partner productivity.

Feedback: You collect and relay feedback from partners to internal teams, such as Partnerships, Product Development, Marketing, and Payroll Sales, to ensure continuous improvement of our offering and strategies.

Accountability: You establish and maintain accountability frameworks that ensure tax advisor partners complete required programs, including setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and implementing follow-up measures to reinforce learning and application of skills in sales activities
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

Sales Expertise: You have a proven track record of 3+ years in sales roles and 3-5 years in sales/partner enablement roles in a SaaS or B2B/B2C environment.

Industry Knowledge: You bring a deep understanding of tax advisory services and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective, tailored sales strategies.

Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively train and guide tax advisor partners (German and English are a must)

Program development and management: You have extensive experience in creating and implementing sales training programs, with a strong understanding of learning industry trends and best practices.

Facilitation: You have excellent presentation and moderation skills that you enjoy leveraging to engage your audience throughout your sessions and ensure a shared understanding of goals and expectations.

Collaboration: You excel in collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of your enablement strategy into our overall partner framework

Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and derive actionable insights for continuously enhancing your enablement strategy
