What we’re looking for:
Index Exchange is hiring a Senior Partner Development Manager to join our Partner Development team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of CTV, Streaming, and premium digital publisher partners across Southeast Asia, working closely with teams in the broader APAC region. 

You’ll work closely with internal teams including Partner Development, Buyer Development, Account Management and Solutions Consulting to deliver exceptional service, unlock new revenue opportunities, and drive long-term strategic growth for Index and our partners. 

This is a senior, client-facing role requiring deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, CTV/Streaming monetization, and strong commercial acumen. 

As a Senior Partner Development Manager, you will ensure Index consistently exceeds publisher expectations by optimising existing partnerships and identifying new areas for growth.  

You are comfortable operating independently, proactive in your approach, and confident translating complex programmatic concepts into clear, actionable insights. 

As a trusted publisher advocate, you will manage expectations, resolve issues, and help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning - both internally and externally. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of CTV partners, as well as a small number of premium digital publisher accounts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term strategic growth 
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and operational stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate 
  • Identify new insights and revenue opportunities to increase publisher monetisation and Index’s share of voice 
  • Drive demand and performance across your portfolio by implementing optimisation recommendations in partnership with clients 
  • Monitor daily performance and deliver regular insights through custom reporting and data analysis 
  • Promote, position, and upsell Index Exchange products by deeply understanding partner needs and market dynamics 
  • Act as the main point of contact for client issues, managing expectations and coordinating internal resources to deliver timely resolutions 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives and align on partner goals and roadmaps 
  • Forecast revenue growth, track performance against targets, and maintain accurate account documentation and updates 
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and scale through process optimisation and automation 

Here's what you need:
  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media, with a strong focus on publisher-facing roles. Experience working at a Supply-Side Platform (SSP) is strongly preferred 
  • Hands on experience managing CTV and Streaming publishers is essential 
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including publisher and ad tech business models, RTB, ad serving, and media trading technologies 
  • Proven success managing senior client relationships with revenue-linked KPIs 
  • A goal-oriented, consultative approach - always seeking opportunities to add value, deliver insights, and grow revenue for both partners and Index 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset 
  • English is essential; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support regional partner relationships 
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
