- Own and grow a portfolio of CTV partners, as well as a small number of premium digital publisher accounts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term strategic growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and operational stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate
- Identify new insights and revenue opportunities to increase publisher monetisation and Index’s share of voice
- Drive demand and performance across your portfolio by implementing optimisation recommendations in partnership with clients
- Monitor daily performance and deliver regular insights through custom reporting and data analysis
- Promote, position, and upsell Index Exchange products by deeply understanding partner needs and market dynamics
- Act as the main point of contact for client issues, managing expectations and coordinating internal resources to deliver timely resolutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives and align on partner goals and roadmaps
- Forecast revenue growth, track performance against targets, and maintain accurate account documentation and updates
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and scale through process optimisation and automation
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media, with a strong focus on publisher-facing roles. Experience working at a Supply-Side Platform (SSP) is strongly preferred
- Hands on experience managing CTV and Streaming publishers is essential
- Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including publisher and ad tech business models, RTB, ad serving, and media trading technologies
- Proven success managing senior client relationships with revenue-linked KPIs
