Brown Brothers Harriman London is seeking an ambitious and experienced Paralegal to join our team! This position provides professional legal support to Counsel and administrative support to the department.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
1. PARALEGAL SUPPORT
- Provide paralegal and organizational support to attorneys in the Office of the General Counsel within three locations Dublin, Luxembourg and London.
- Conducts legal research
- Drafts legal and business communications
- Assist with negotiation of agreements with support from attorneys
- Liaise with business people in organizing and driving legal projects/issues to conclusion
2. ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROJECT SUPPORT
- Provide budgeting, legal invoicing support and other administrative support to the group.
- Maintain legal department databases
- Be the organizational point person for OGC projects – updating of legal documentation, surveys of local law in new jurisdictions and help coordinate legal assignments and workloads among attorneys.
Qualifications:
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Law Degree and/or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
