This position provides essential legal support to the Disputes Team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of lawsuits, subpoenas, small claims, product claims, and related matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid
Your Responsibilities:
Intakes, organizes, and maintains files in matter management system
Runs reports and prepares data visualizations for team metrics and KPIs
Manages discovery, including the collection, organization, and preparation of data for production
Issues and manages litigation holds
Prepares drafts of basic documents, including correspondence, responses to discovery and subpoenas, affidavits and declarations, settlement agreements, and other documents
Manage and maintain case files, records, and documentation within the matter management systemInvestigates facts and collects relevant documents relating to disputes
Maintains and submits litigation and compliance reports.
Manages service of process
Works with Finance to process payments for legal settlements and other needs
Manages administrative needs of the Disputes team, including invoicing, filing, calendaring, and scheduling meetings
Assists with other projects as needed
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Your Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $35.24 - $58.04 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Skills Required

- Experience managing case files and using a matter management system
- Experience coordinating discovery, data collection/production, and e-discovery/litigation hold processes
