What you'll do:
- Own paid acquisition across all key channels: LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Capterra, Reddit, Meta, and YouTube.
- Build full-funnel programs that attract, nurture, and convert the right buyers. Think beyond leads and focus on qualified pipeline.
- Experiment constantly. Test to see what drives results, then scale what works.
- Track performance. Live in the numbers: CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline contribution. And know what to do when something isn’t working.
- Collaborate across the team. Work closely with content, design, product marketing, and sales to make sure campaigns land the right message.
- Bring clarity. Not just reports, real insights. We want someone who can connect the dots and make smart decisions based on what the data says (and doesn’t say).
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience running high-performing paid media programs in B2B, ideally for SaaS companies.
- Deep experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads (search). Hands-on experience with Bing, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, Capterra, and DV360.
- Expertise in cross-platform audience management.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to build programs that influence it.
- Confidence using Looker or other BI tools.
- Experience with SQL would be helpful.

- Analytical, but not robotic. You use data to make decisions, but you also know how to trust your gut.
- You are creative, curious, and quick to try new things.
- Comfortable working independently and making things happen.
- Upper-Intermediate English is required.
