About the Role
As Senior Paid Media Manager at Envato, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing full-funnel campaigns across social media, YouTube, and display networks. You'll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and building brand awareness on a global scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute global paid media strategies across social, YouTube and display.
- Create targeted, full-funnel marketing campaigns that connect with users at every stage of the buying journey
- Optimize campaign budgets for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with inhouse creative teams to ensure we have effective creative that gets cut-through and delivers results.
- Collaborate with Analytics to understand and drive performance
- Work closely with the paid search team to ensure cohesive campaigns across platfroms
- Analyze data (and collaborate with the Analytics team) to uncover actionable insights and ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest paid media trends and technologies.
- Manage relationships with ad platforms.
- Lead, develop and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Foster a creative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional marketing initiatives.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in managing social media, YouTube, and display campaigns - across all stages of the purchase funnel
- Certification and experience with Google Ads, DV360, SA360, and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
