We're seeking a Senior Paid Media Analyst to join our growing global marketing team in Brazil. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director, this role will support global and regional paid media execution and be instrumental in driving qualified demand in a B2B SaaS environment. You’ll manage digital ad spend across multiple platforms, with a focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), nurturing them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and ensuring strong integration with our CRM and martech stack, including Salesforce.

As part of a fast-paced, performance-driven team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing leads, brand teams, and analytics stakeholders to deliver measurable pipeline growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead day-to-day campaign execution across paid search, display, video, and social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage audience segmentation strategies and funnel-based targeting to drive high-quality MQLs and SQLs for the sales pipeline
  • Partner with RevOps and marketing analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign impact within Salesforce CRM and connected platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Optimize media spend to improve ROAS, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • Build and manage paid media budgets aligned with quarterly marketing and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and content teams to test ad copy, landing pages, and offers for performance gains
  • Maintain campaign and data hygiene across tracking tools, dashboards, and attribution systems
  • Monitor competitive activity, channel benchmarks, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to regional and global stakeholders, highlighting impact on pipeline and revenue contribution

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 4 – 6 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign execution and optimization, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proven track record of managing performance marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar BI tools
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to connect lead generation to revenue outcomes
  • Comfort working in a global matrixed environment with both strategic and tactical deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE

  • Experience launching into or testing new paid media channels (e.g., Reddit, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with CRO practices such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, and landing page optimization.
  • Exposure to privacy regulations and best practices in ad targeting
