We are looking for a Senior Paid Advertising Specialist with a strong technical and strategic background to lead digital advertising efforts for our B2B software products (Investment Suite, Elevate) targeting real estate professionals across North America & Europe.  

You will take ownership of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns—planning, executing, and optimizing initiatives that drive high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support pipeline growth through data-driven insights. 

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring a mix of technical expertise, strategic vision, and collaboration skills. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to align campaign strategies with company objectives and ensure continuous improvement of lead quality and conversion rates. 

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

• 5+ years of proven experience managing and optimizing B2B campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism or related fields; 

• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms. 

• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization. 

• Ability to translate data into insights, spot trends and performance gaps, and propose improvements. 

• Stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading discussions with internal teams, vendors, and leadership. 

• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Good English proficiency (written and verbal). 

What you'll do: 

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ABM platforms in the U.S., Canada, and Europe
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and setup to reporting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to align creative assets and messaging with audience insights and business goals.
• Analyze lead and funnel data to refine targeting, improve ROI, and drive conversions.
• Lead A/B testing, keyword, competitors and audience research, and budget optimization to maximize performance.
• Provide actionable performance insights to stakeholders and stay current on industry trends and tools.
