What You’ll Accomplish with Us

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, P&C Pricing, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:


• Conducting in-depth actuarial analyses in personal auto and home insurance pricing to support rate, segmentation, and algorithm adjustments

• Monitoring key performance indicators to help guide strategic pricing decisions in response to market dynamics

• Contributing to rate indications and providing recommendations based on comprehensive actuarial analyses

• Transforming large volumes of data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations

• Communicating the results of your analyses and presenting recommendations to stakeholders

• Participating in pricing initiatives and process improvement projects that have a significant impact on our products

• Supporting the development and mentorship of fellow actuarial analysts

• Representing the actuarial team in cross-functional working groups


What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science

• Has a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience

• Is actively pursuing CAS or CIA examinations and progressing toward ACAS/FCAS and/or ACIA/FCIA designation

• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Has proficiency with computer and analytical tools

• Is recognized for attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work

• Is known for strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

• Thrives in a collaborative team environment

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Active pursuit of CAS or CIA examinations with progress toward ACAS/FCAS and/or ACIA/FCIA designation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
