Partnering with OCM leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams, you will design and deliver change strategies that build readiness, strengthen engagement, accelerate adoption, and support lasting business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a consultant who brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution—someone who can translate complexity into clear action, influence stakeholders at all levels, and deliver practical solutions that help leaders and employees embrace new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Support the OCM Lead in executing change management strategies for technology implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Lead assigned OCM workstreams and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project milestones, release plans, and business objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness activities to inform change planning.
- Develop and execute communication plans, training strategies, engagement approaches, and adoption activities that support successful transitions.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify change risks, resistance points, and user adoption challenges, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and help teams move forward when competing priorities, ambiguity, or resistance arise.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, focus groups, governance discussions, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive alignment.
- Create high-quality, executive-ready presentations, status updates, communications, job aids, and training materials.
- Build adoption plans that support successful launch, user readiness, and long-term business value realization.
- Help establish and support change champion networks, leadership engagement plans, governance routines, and reinforcement activities.
- Develop RACI and ownership models to clarify decision-making, accountability, and operating-model expectations.
- Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and user feedback to assess effectiveness and refine interventions.
- Support transformation efforts related to migrating client partner experiences from Sitecore to Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Help improve and transform the end-to-end partner experience across strategic partner journeys and workstreams.
- Establish governance, communications, adoption, and operating-model capabilities that enable successful launch and long-term business value realization.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, Adobe, existing vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the transformation effort.
- Collaborate across functional teams to promote a consistent, positive, and user-centered transformation experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of OCM methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, ideally supporting technology implementations and digital transformation programs.
- Experience contributing to OCM initiatives for enterprise technology deployments or digital workplace solutions.
- Strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, and user adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical and process changes into clear business impacts and user-focused messaging.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in matrixed project environments and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Ability to identify and address resistance while keeping change activities moving across complex stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting governance decisions, adoption planning, communications, and operating-model development.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Prosci or CCMP certification preferred.
- Project or program management experience and/or certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile are a plus.
