Job Description
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Implements all aspects of organizational development. Develops training programs, facilitates change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Builds human capital through employee development programs. Measures employee performance to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead knowledge transfer project from dispatched experts and international vendors to local technical teams.
Design and implement structured first-generation knowledge transfer frameworks for key technical teams.
Build dashboards of data analysis on performance, training, and succession data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and talent health for leadership reviews.
Responsible for enabling technical knowledge transfer in advanced manufacturing, accelerating performance, developing internal talent, and aligning workforce capabilities with company’s long-term goals.
Develop and lead the implementation of a company-wide performance management system aligned with Illuminate USA’s strategic goals.
Develop and execute succession management for key positions to ensure business continuity.
Build talent assessment frameworks, identify development needs, and develop plans for future leadership readiness.
Design and execute programs to nurture high-potential associates and ensure long-term bench strength.
Partner with senior leadership to drive OD and HR initiatives that contribute to organizational goals, including change management, associate engagement, culture-building, and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International Trade and Finance, or closely related field
1 year of related professional experience, including 1 year of experience with HR analytics and reporting tools, including Workday reporting and Power BI
1 year of experience using HRIS or talent management systems;
1 year of experience analyzing workforce data to support HR programs; and 1 year of experience in performance management system design or training support.
Ability to read, write & speak in Mandarin in order to (1) communicate effectively with vendor trainers & engineers, (2) interpret complex technical documentation & (3) lead training & organizational development programs that depend on an accurate understanding of Mandarin-language source materials.
