UCT is looking for a talented Sr Order Process Support to join us in Tainan!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – Contact customers for billing issues and etc.
- Input order data into MRP system
- Review, process and track orders and billing accuracy
- Ensure proper pricing updated in the system in timely manner.
- Support account managers for data analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- At least 3+ years of progressive experience in planning/customer service required.
- Excellent communication skills across the organization functional teams and customers
- Good skill in Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Data Entry and Data Verification
- Good command in English writing and reading is a plus.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Minimum High School diploma.
