Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional post-implementation support, addressing client concerns and ensuring their technical needs are met.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for processes and technical modifications, making it easy for everyone to understand.
  • Share your expertise with junior team members, offering mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field.
  • 9+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Application Framework.
  • Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and its integration aspects.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive and friendly attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to easily connect with clients and team members alike.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications is a must.
