We are looking for an experienced Oracle Application Expert to join our ERP team and support critical Supply Chain business processes within Oracle E-Business Suite.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Oracle Order Management and Service Contracts, working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technical teams, and external partners. You will play a key role in ensuring stable operations, driving continuous improvements, and contributing to our ERP transformation journey toward Oracle Fusion.

Your responsibilities
- Act as the internal functional expert for Oracle Financials within the assigned scope;
- Support business users and provide expert guidance on Oracle solutions and best practices;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions;
- Investigate and resolve complex application issues, working closely with technical teams and external support providers;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, system performance, and user experience;
- Participate in enhancement projects from requirements gathering through implementation;
- Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing;
- Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles;
- Support major incident resolution and business-critical issue management;
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities;
- Support training and onboarding activities for business users and team members;
- Contribute to ERP modernization and transformation programs.
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite applications;
- Strong functional expertise in Finance module;
- Experience in application support, ERP delivery, or functional consulting roles;
- Strong understanding of business-critical processes in complex enterprise environments;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors;
- Experience with API and API’s REST/SOAP;
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications;
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial environments;
- Understanding of ERP integrations and end-to-end supply chain processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional solutions;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Nice to have: experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments;
