Optimiza is seeking a talented Senior Oracle Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Oracle Financial systems to deliver exceptional consulting services to our clients. You will be pivotal in configuring, customizing, and optimizing financial application implementations to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and standards for Oracle Financial modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional analysts, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Train client teams and end-users on effective usage of Oracle Financial applications.
  • Continuously monitor and troubleshoot Oracle financial applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications for future reference and compliance.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financial modules.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and ERP functionalities.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle implementations and upgrades.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Oracle Financial certifications are highly preferred.
  • Nationality : Jordanian is a must.
