Main responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Provide day to day techno-functional support to Oracle HCM business partners.
- Analyse and provide subject matter expertise related to application build and functionality of systems.
- Analyse business process strength, weakness, inefficiencies, and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
- Responsible and accountable for new techno-functional design specifications, gathering requirements, updating configuration workbooks, as required based on the design.
- Develop solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities as per business requirements.
- Resolve issues and system defects faced by users. Provide end user support, communicate standard processes and best practices.
- Responsible for working with Oracle on critical SRs and product enhancement requests.
- Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders to define, implement and support system interfaces.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to share knowledge, coach and train other colleagues with less experience.
- Identifies gaps and analyses downstream impacts of business requirements, makes recommendations for improvements within assigned business areas.
- Evaluate and recommend system upgrades, software installations, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and support technology solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to security protocols.
- Responsible for working with platform support on critical service requests and product enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 or more years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience required, preferably for a large global company as an analyst.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 or more years of technology or industry experience required
- Must have Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, Compensation module, working exp with payroll Elements, BIP, Flexfields, Compensation Fast Formulas, merit cycle, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.
- Good to have experience in VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design studio
- Good understanding in developing system solutions and documentation standards.
- Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across modules- Global HR, Compensation
- Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
- Willingness to learn new applications and tools to support business model.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
- Knowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts.
