Oracle HCM Application Developer

 Cambium Networks is seeking experienced, motivated and versatile Oracle Cloud applications support and developer interested in contributing to the success of an exciting and fast-moving company and push on the boundaries of innovation. The primary objective of the Developer is to support the Oracle Cloud based applications that include HCM, Product Data Hub (PDH), and Netsuite based ERP system that is a key platform used by Cambium Networks. 

 

·       The developer will have to be a self-starter and will work in a collaborative environment with several departments including Human Resources, NPI, Operations, and Finance teams, to run the HR, procurement, inventory, fulfillment and financial aspects of the company.

·       The developer will serve as an internal subject matter expert and support all company activities including but not limited to application, system implementations, integrations, support, maintenance and process consultations.

·       Understands business processes and relates knowledge to product functionality. Works with key business leaders to define business requirements for technical solutions and alternatives. Will also provide clear and effective communication of issues, status and direction.

·       Utilizes applicable learned and taught methodology phases, activities and tasks to deliver quality work products for clearly defined projects in one of the following areas – Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Maintenance.

·       Must be comfortable presenting creative concepts to business stakeholders, and deliver timely, high-quality work, that contributes to the best-in-class Oracle Cloud platform experience.

·       Understands customer needs. Performs gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements.

·       Develop, Test, Implement and deploy solutions in accordance with business requirements and using best practices in appropriate areas.

·       Works in a fast-paced continual learning environment. This requires ongoing education (independent and structured) with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies to solve business issues.

·       Monitor ticket queue for problem and change requests and provide timely responses and updates

 

 

Experience required in the following areas:

·       5 years of Oracle Cloud Development experience that includes:

                    i.            At least 2 full cycles of Oracle Cloud implementations in HCM and/or Product data hub PL/SQL and SQL development experience.

                   ii.            Oracle BI Publisher (Formerly XML Publisher). Oracle Cloud BI development is integrated with Cloud/Fusion ERP.

                 iii.            Oracle OTBI Techno-functional Working knowledge/experience of Oracle Cloud Version 12 in HCM and/or Product data hub Knowledge of integration mechanisms into Cloud/Fusion ERP (Inbound/Outbound).

                 iv.            Knowledge of Financial business processes in Oracle Cloud.

·       Oracle BPM for Cloud/Fusion ERP (Workflow and approval configuration).

·       Working knowledge of the Security architecture (security console, roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.).

·       Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM extracts and HCM data loader.

·       Java Development, Apache CFX, SOAP, Oracle JDeveloper, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).

·       Knowledge of Supply Chain and core HCM business processes in Oracle Cloud. Good written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills.

 

·       Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
