Haleon Dungarvan is currently looking for a Senior OQ Co-ordinator

Job purpose:

The Senior OQ Co-ordinator will manage the release of product with the support of the OQ Co-Ordinator group, this person will also manage the day to day of quality improvement activities and regular dealing with Production areas to discuss issues and action deviations / complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with our Quality Management System requirements and participate fully in our site’s quality initiatives and ensure that all relevant quality standards are adhered to.
• Read and understand relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Global Quality applicable to role.
• Attend training and complete assessments as required.
• Product release within agreed timelines.
• Support and drive problem solving / CAPA activity.
• Attendance at Value Stream daily / weekly meetings / Quality Council meetings.
• Review and approval of validation documentation / QA signatory on change requests and calibration issues.
• Supporting NPI / OE initiatives/ Procurement initiatives.
• Ensure Halal requirements are met in accordance with General Guidelines of Halal Assurance System LPPOM MUI for applicable Medical Device products / markets.
• Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with site SOP’s, Haleon EHS standards and guidelines and relevant legal requirements & report all accidents, incidents and any EHS issues using the appropriate process / system to your area manager or, if required, the Occupational Health Advisor.

What are we looking for?

• Third Level Science based qualification
• 5 years experience in a similar role in a pharmaceutical/Healthcare company
• Understanding of appropriate directives, standards, policies and guidelines and ability to implement appropriately.
• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements for all markets.
• Understanding of quality systems.
• Knowledge of all products and manufacturing processes.
