As Sr. Ops Lead, you will oversee day-to-day management of end-to-end or co-managed revenue cycle engagements, partnering with key client leaders to communicate performance, support operational improvements, and strengthen client outcomes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and proven experience influencing change across revenue cycle operations. Experience in revenue cycle management is preferred, with a focus on supporting KLAS and NPS improvement efforts.

Here’s What You Can Expect 

  • Drive revenue cycle performance by identifying best practices, improving workflows, mitigating revenue leakage, and applying analytics to strengthen financial outcomes.
  • Lead implementation and deployment efforts across people, process, technology, and analytics to support standardized client operating models.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the R1 physician revenue cycle model while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and RCM policies.
  • Manage client relationships, respond to ad-hoc requests, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on key RCM initiatives.
  • Coach client teams and RCM staff to improve operational performance, support change management, and strengthen workflow execution.
  • Contribute RCM expertise to business development, product innovation, project planning, and leadership decision-making.

Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Minimum of 2 years’ experience

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
