The Senior Operations Technology Field Services Analyst is responsible for overseeing the health and operability of global security and operations cameras. This role involves coordination of internal and external resources dedicated to maintaining and optimizing camera systems to ensure seamless security and operational monitoring across the organization.
Where will you work: (Hybrid: Onsite- Mon, Tues, Thurs)

Monitor overall security and operations camera system health.

Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of security and operations camera systems business wide.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery of camera system components and services.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the proactive maintenance of camera systems to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.

Oversee the documentation and record-keeping of camera system configurations, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.

Collaborate with IT and security departments to align camera system operations with organizational security policies and IT infrastructure.

Provide technical guidance on camera system technology advancements and integration opportunities.

Support system audits to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities or operational inefficiencies.

Develop and manage the budget for camera system operations, including forecasting and cost control measures.

Train and mentor team members on technical skills and best practices related to camera system management.

Provide technical consult to Cybersecurity for management of camera and physical security systems

What you will do:

High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems required.

Associate’s degree required with 5+ years working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems preferred.

Microsoft Office Suite experience

Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.

Familiarity with IT and security policies, standards, and best practices

Proven experience in managing security and operations camera systems in a global enterprise environment.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Knowledge of current camera system technologies and trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
