Purpose of the Job:
- Deliver process safety and operational improvements at Vietnam Site. Collaboration with key stakeholders, both on-site and within SE Asia region, to deliver implementation of the site manufacturing strategy.
- Support definition of projects including concept development and scope, design documentation & calculations, safety assessments, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Main Accountabilities:
Production:
- Trial plans and Recipe adjustment. PIC for all trial samples.
- Implementation of product improvements. Target High RFT, low COQ
- Improvements to production process. Continuous improvement leader. Target High OEE1, Low CCPTED.
- Lead monthly site safety tour of site.
Process safety:
- Take PIC role Vietnam Process Safety Management; HFA, PHA, Hazop, MAH.
- Support the development of process basis of safety design and concepts, ensuring compliance with company, local and international standards.
- Design and specify production/warehouse process safety engineering requirements for new projects.
- Liaise with other disciplines to ensure project is completed to the design intent.
- Prepare commissioning plans and procedures, support plant commissioning activities, including start-up and reporting.
Engineering:
- Provide support to engineering activities relating to process safety.
- Carry out plant capacity and productivity studies as well as supporting process improvement activities.
- Propose best available technology that will aid cost reduction, improvement in production quality, reduction of energy.
- Others, Assign by Site Manager.
