Aldrich CPAs + Advisors is seeking a proactive, highly organized Senior Operations Specialist to support firm leadership and help drive efficient day-to-day operations across multiple service lines.

This fully onsite role plays a key part in keeping priorities organized, operations running smoothly, and leadership teams supported in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and operational processes while helping ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives and administrative functions.

Requirements

You’ll Get a Chance To

  • Support senior firm leaders by managing calendars, scheduling, and operational priorities 
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries 
  • Help drive efficient day-to-day operations across multiple service lines 
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate meetings, communications, and firm initiatives 
  • Manage and maintain internal systems, shared resources, and operational tracking tools 
  • Support operational projects through scheduling, coordination, and follow-through 
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where organization and initiative are highly valued 
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships while supporting leadership and team success

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and administrative processes 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow through consistently 
  • Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support evolving business needs 
  • Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00-$40.00 per hour.

What You Should Know

This is a full-time on-site position out of our Lake Oswego office. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
