Job SummaryThe Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring and improving daily operational performance, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing escalations, and maintaining high-quality execution across operations. This role requires a data-driven professional who can leverage AI tools, analyze operational metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve critical cases promptly.
- Review workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to optimize operational processes and improve productivity.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to internal standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
- Support the development and implementation of new operational processes and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in moderation, monitoring, or operational supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data automation.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in improving operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage escalations effectively.
