Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize the daily operations using Service Now, our Customer Support case tracking tool, and Projector PSA, our professional services tool. Activities shall include monitoring time entry, creating Professional Services projects, supporting the Project Management user community and supporting the Finance team during month end closing activities.
- Measure & monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including ability to develop new reporting based on leadership requests, update monthly executive presentations, collaborate with the Business Intelligence teams on the creation or enhancements of Power BI reports.
- Draft contracts for small professional services engagements and communicate with customers on the status of these engagements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, as well as experience with Power BI and Power Query
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience using ServiceNow or other Customer Support Management (CSM) tools is an asset
- Experience with Projector PSA or other Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is an asset
- Knowledge of project management tools and software is an asset
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
