Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified Senior Operations Research Analyst to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND). This role supports cross-portfolio integration, providing analytical and operational insight to inform planning, decision-making, and evaluation of CBRN defense programs and capabilities.
This position is based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and is contingent upon contract award. Secret Clearance is required.
Responsibilities- Conduct advanced operations research and analysis in support of JPEO-CBRND cross-portfolio integration and mission planning.
- Lead the development and application of analytical models, simulations, and decision-support tools to assess capability gaps, performance metrics, and operational impacts.
- Collaborate with government and contractor teams to support scenario-based assessments, technology trade studies, and integrated planning efforts.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform acquisition strategies, resource allocation, and test planning.
- Support the preparation of analytical deliverables including technical briefings, white papers, reports, and data visualizations.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, working groups, and test/evaluation events; summarize findings and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical oversight to junior analysts and contribute subject matter expertise across related task areas.
- 10 years or more of experience working with CBRN-related programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Secret Clearance
- Direct experience in the CBDP enterprise working with a Program Office on a Program of Record
- Experience generating documentation required for a Program of Record (acquisition strategy, testing strategy, master schedule, etc.)
- Extensive experience with chemical or biological threats evidenced through education or work history
- Experience deploying CBDP systems in OCONUS locations (overseas US military installations)
- Ability to travel in the CONUS and OCONUS, 5-7%.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and senior audiences.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 11+ years of experience with CBRN programs.
