We are seeking a highly driven, analytical, and execution-oriented Operations Program Manager to join a fast-growing organization focused on delivering operational excellence at scale. As an Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, building scalable processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of critical business operations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders to improve operational performance, enhance customer experiences, and support business growth.

This is a high-ownership role that requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing operational frameworks, driving process improvements, and enabling scalable growth through data-driven decision-making and execution excellence.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive end-to-end problem-solving initiatives to improve efficiency and business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, customer support, product, business, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers to maintain operational effectiveness and service quality.
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable workflows, processes, and operational frameworks.
  • Monitor operational metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, and escalation management processes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of objectives while maintaining high execution standards.
  • Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop solutions for emerging operational challenges as the organization continues to scale.
  • Establish process governance mechanisms and continuously improve operational effectiveness.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across teams on project priorities and deliverables.
  • Drive accountability, ownership, and execution discipline across multiple operational initiatives.
  • Support strategic business goals by translating operational requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Work effectively in ambiguous situations and independently drive initiatives from concept to execution.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or execution-focused roles.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups, consumer technology, logistics, fintech, healthtech, marketplaces, mobility, or similar industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into structured and actionable solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a track record of independently leading initiatives and delivering results.
  • Excellent project management and execution capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in rapidly changing business environments.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in operations-heavy organizations, customer-centric businesses, or large-scale service delivery environments is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Passion for building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and creating meaningful business impact.
