WellSky is seeking a full-time Senior Operations Manager to join our Connected Networks Operations team. Operations Managers are responsible for managing overall operations and driving strategy vision for the future, including building project plans, policies, and budgets to improve the operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Establish and implement workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans
  • Collaborate with business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future workforce needs and to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals
  • Collect, interpret, and evaluate workforce metrics to provide data driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting, and business scenario planning
  • Review processes and monitors plan effectiveness
  • Work with Sales and Finance departments to develop sales forecast
  • Help to organize financial modeling and statistical studies for sales department

Do you have what it takes? 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • 8-10 years related work experience
  • Working knowledge of Sisense and/or SalesForce analytics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills 
  • Ability to network and collaborate across multiple teams with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results

  • Previous healthcare industry experience
