What we need
  • We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and analytical Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Valencia studio's daily operations and workspace experience, reporting and working closely to our Creative Operations Director.
  • We are looking for someone eager to manage the daily operations of a creative studio, a data enthusiast who can make informed decisions, create/optimize workflows, and coordinate stakeholders. Possessing a holistic view of business management, strong financial acumen, project management understanding, and attention to detail.
  • As a tactical leader and an exceptional communicator, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, supporting our local leadership and ensuring our development teams have everything they need to succeed. Someone who genuinely cares about people, embraces a service-oriented mindset, and serves as the operational backbone of an inclusive and people-first studio.

What You’ll Do

Global Operations & Alignment

  • Guarantees that all studio operations operate in strict accordance with global T2/2K policies and standards, and mandatory regional Spanish regulations.
  • Local contact person for implementation of 2K and Take-Two (T2) projects.
  • Provide direct support to the Operations Director on projects and metrics of the global division. Studio Operations & Financial Control
  • Lead the planning, management, and control of the annual studio budget. Responsible for studio expense control, monitoring and meeting financial objectives.
  • Process optimization: Proactively identify blockers, inefficiencies, and uncertainties. Build and scale the workflows, procedures, and metrics needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Studio expense approver, ensuring vendor compliance, managing procurement workflows, and adherence to global frameworks.
  • Ensure the Valencia team has an optimal environment to design world-class games. Facilities & Workplace Experience (WEX)
  • Oversee the daily operations of premises, coordinating upgrades and infrastructure changes within premium standards.
  • Foster a collaborative workplace culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, and the physical/mental wellbeing of our teams.
  • Elevate the studio workspace to ensure it reflects our signature hospitality, creating a welcoming and premium environment for employees and visitors alike. Strategic Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, mentor, and set clear goals for a multidisciplinary covering Administration, Workplace Experience, Facilities/H&S, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Wellbeing.
  • Foster an inclusive culture of continuous development, promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and coordinating studio events that celebrate our diverse community.

What Will Make You A Great Fit
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an MBA.
  • Full professional bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in Operations Management +8 years, ideally within a global environment, tech or creative industry.
  • Possesses outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to connect authentically with diverse profiles and build collaborative relationships.
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills to confidently engage internal teams, deliver updates to global stakeholders, and represent our studio within the industry network.
  • A sharp focus on detail and high standards, combined with a strong service-oriented approach to ensure the studio runs smoothly and remains a productive, inspiring workplace for our creative teams.
  • Understanding of project management principles to structure, track, and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong capability in generating metrics, analyzing operational data, and implementing continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team establishing a collaborative culture and a genuine passion for people, inclusive leadership, and talent development. Nice to Have
