Your Mission
As a Senior Generalist, your mission is to lead and execute core operational processes that keep Allocator One running efficiently. You will manage complex administrative, financial, and project-related workflows, support leadership directly, and mentor junior team members across time zones.
Tasks
* Oversee daily operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
* Manage global calendars, meetings, and communications.
* Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports across departments.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Conduct research for sponsorships, partnerships, and event co-hosting.
* Ensure high-quality handovers and daily reporting through Slack.
Mentor junior generalists to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
* Strong command of English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
* Proven ability to work independently across time zones.
