We are seeking an experienced Operations & Finance Consultant to support MSEA projects and business operations. The role involves end-to-end ownership of project deliverables, business requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, user support, and BAU activities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Own and manage project deliverables from initiation through implementation and support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Prepare detailed business and functional requirement documents.
- Configure application settings and business processes based on client requirements.
- Perform system testing, validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide functional guidance and support during implementation and post-production phases.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve business and production issues.
- Deliver BAU support for incidents, service requests, and client-raised cases.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation updates when required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support operational excellence.
- Experience in Operations, Finance, Banking, Financial Services, or related domains.
- Strong background in Business Analysis and Functional Consulting.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and specification writing.
- Hands-on experience in solution configuration, testing, and validation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting production applications and handling BAU activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
