What You Will Do:

The Senior Operations Facilitation Manager for Industry Partnerships will serve as a trusted advisor and engagement lead, helping align private-sector partners, government cybersecurity stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional program leaders around shared cyber defense priorities and coordinated action.

The successful candidate will combine strong consulting, stakeholder-management, and strategic communication skills with substantive experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations center processes, cyber incident response, and public-private cyber defense collaboration. This operational grounding is essential to engaging credibly with technical and executive stakeholders, understanding partner capabilities and constraints, and translating complex cyber issues into strategic recommendations, coordinated initiatives, and informed leadership decisions.

  • Apply knowledge of CTI production and dissemination, SOC workflows, incident response, and defensive operations to shape partnership priorities and recommendations.

  • Translate cyber threats, vulnerability, and incident information into decision-ready implications for executives and partner organizations.

  • Lead coordination across industry partners, JCDC, CSD offices, and CISA stakeholders to advance shared priorities and improve alignment.

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with cybersecurity companies, technology providers, critical infrastructure organizations, and information sharing communities.

  • Assess stakeholder needs, identify opportunities for collaboration, and recommend practical approaches for aligning government and industry capabilities.

  • Design and facilitate planning sessions, working groups, executive discussions, and partner engagements that produce clear decisions and next steps.

  • Synthesize technical, operational, and policy inputs into concise insights, options, and recommendations for leadership.

  • Develop executive briefings, decision materials, talking points, strategic plans, roadmaps, and engagement products.

  • Interpret policies, plans, directives, and leadership priorities and translate them into workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and action plans.

  • Establish governance and action-tracking approaches to monitor commitments, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.

  • Advise leadership on industry perspectives, stakeholder concerns, partnership opportunities, and barriers to execution.

  • Support time-sensitive coordination activities by organizing stakeholders, clarifying roles, and maintaining shared situational awareness.

  • Engage technical and operational teams to understand threat activity, defensive needs, operational constraints, and opportunities for government-industry collaboration.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelors degree

  • Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience in cyber, consulting or related field.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of CTI concepts, analytic processes, intelligence products, and information sharing considerations.

  • Experience working with or supporting a SOC, cyber defense center, incident response team, threat intelligence function, or comparable operational environment.

  • Working knowledge of cyber incident response, defensive operations, and the roles of government and industry in collective cyber defense.

  • Significant experience in management consulting, strategic communications, program management, stakeholder engagement, or a related advisory role.

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, critical infrastructure, national security, or another complex mission environment.

  • Demonstrated success managing relationships with private-sector organizations and diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical and policy topics and communicate their business, operational, and strategic implications.

  • Experience developing executive briefings, strategic plans, roadmaps, decision papers, or comparable leadership products.

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, writing, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop practical recommendations, and move initiatives from concept through execution.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple organizations, priorities, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
