The Opportunity
Our Operational Excellence team is lean and growing. As a Senior Operations Excellence Lead you will coordinate processes and implement changes. You will lead high-visibility and high-value projects. You will work remote and travel at least 50% of the time, this would be dependent on specific project. You will report to the Director, General Manager.

Your Impact
- Focus on opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction across the QVC and HSN Network.
- Strategic planning, facilitating, and implementing continuous improvement events.
- Teaching, leading and coaching teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
- Analyze alternatives, refine goals, plan a course of action to achieve the goals, integrate people and other resources to manage tasks, monitor progress to identify variances from plan or expected outcomes so that corrective actions can take place.
- Train network in areas of continuous improvement, including safety, quality, culture, and performance metrics.
What You Bring
- 8+ years retail fulfillment experience, with operational process orientation, and understanding of warehouse management.
- 4+ years experience in budgeting, financial management, labor planning and optimization.
- Experience leading projects to guide cost savings and improve service to our customers through network and process improvements with our DCs, vendors, and transportation partners.
- Subject matter expert in quality and operational controls, internal controls auditing, process improvement, organization, and operations flow design, and distribution systems.
- Excellent performance in engagement, leadership, culture behavior, cost awareness, customer orientation, loyalty, organizational talent, conceptual, initiate, and "live" change.
- Lean or Six Sigma training.
- Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
