About the Role:
The Senior Ops Data Analyst is a senior individual contributor within the Systems & Analytics organization responsible for delivering accurate, consistent, and actionable operational reporting across Client Operations (Support, Customer Success, and Implementation Services).
This role owns cross-functional operational and executive reporting, ensuring leaders have a clear, trusted view of performance, health, and risk across the organization. The Senior Ops Data Analyst partners closely with Systems & Analytics leadership to understand how data flows across core systems and to support improvements to data quality and reporting reliability.
As a Senior Operations Data Analyst you will:
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports across Client Operations
- Consolidate metrics to provide a cohesive, cross-org view of operational health and performance
- Build and maintain recurring executive and C-level reporting packages and presentations
- Partner with Ops leaders to translate business questions into meaningful analysis, clear visualizations, and executive-ready narratives
- Ensure consistency in metric definitions, reporting logic, and trend analysis across Ops
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across operational reporting
- Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies and partner with Systems & Analytics leadership to diagnose root causes
- Support improvements to data quality and reporting reliability by informing system and process changes
- Help define and maintain reporting standards and best practices across Ops
- Coordinate with teams across Ops to reduce duplicative or conflicting reporting
- Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities to Ops and executive leadership
- Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, operational reporting, or a related role
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau (or comparable BI tools)
- Strong experience working with Salesforce reporting and data structures
- Experience supporting Client Operations, including Support, Customer Success, or Implementation Services
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, and/or customer success platforms
- Experience using Python or similar tools for data analysis and validation, and translating complex data concepts into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Project management skills, including the ability to organize work and drive deliverables to completion
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presenting data to leadership audiences
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of data ownership Required Experience

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
