The pay for this position starts at $23.00/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate must be proficient on the computer, self motivated and able to excel in time sensitive situations. The ideal person for this job will be comfortable working in a demanding, fast paced and intense environment at times. Duties may include but are not limited to Transportation, and/or Logistics, as well as other Operational duties as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work will take place at a desk in an office environment OR standing desk in the Warehouse
May occasionally be required work in normal warehouse environments including cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees.
Transportation/Operations:
Answer all incoming calls to resolve driver, warehouse related issues as needed. Communicate with drivers any updates to their routes.
Print invoices, prepare driver paperwork
Utilize software (MS Excel, MS Teams, Omnitracs, Tandem, Soft Time, etc) to create, update, and communicate various reports and files for proper transportation functioning. Examples include attendance, DVIRs, backhaul spreadsheets, delivery window dispatch, driver key log, trailer temp log, route updates and other transportation metrics.
Research damages, shorts and mispicks to determine root causes and communicate to appropriate manager.
Support in cross training with other Operations Coordinators to provide backup as needed.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Related Experience/Requirements:
Minimum three years of experience in warehouse administrative or clerical position. Prior logistics, transportation, and/or warehouse experience required.
Education
High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
