Position Summary

The responsibilities for this role can be split into three primary categories:

  1. Field Support (50%)
  2. Inventory Management (30%)
  3. Hardware R&D (20%)

Field Support (50%)

  • Oversee Looma field support technicians & systems to quickly identify, resolve, and mitigate against in-field network issues 
  • Identify network trends & recommendations to continuously improve network uptime & efficiency 
  • Maintain proficiency in Looma’s proprietary network management software to provide technical support to internal & external stakeholders 

Inventory Management (30%)

  • Maintain an accurate inventory count of physical items at Looma’s Raleigh-based storage facility
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy  
  • Organize supplies for large-scale launch projects and one-off maintenance needs

Hardware R&D (20%)

  • Conduct field tests for new screen, fixture, or software designs
  • Share feedback & optimize designs for improved customer experience 
  • Assist in building out training materials for upcoming deployments 

Attributes

  • Ability and desire to visit our Raleigh-based storage facility ~3 days/wk, required

Structure & Compensation 

Looma will provide a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and stock options. All Looma compensation packages include some cash / equity flexibility (i.e. you can opt for more equity and less cash or vice-versa).
