Owns complex, multi-site retail technology deployments from planning and procurement through installation, launch, and handoff. Coordinates internal teams, retailers, vendors, and field installations; manages schedules, risks, budgets, documentation, and launch readiness. Troubleshoots blockers, oversees pilots and site visits, and improves deployment processes. Builds Looma’s project management standards, playbooks, templates, training, and documentation while mentoring junior team members.
