Preferred Background (but we value potential over pedigree)
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in consulting, operations, or process improvement (even internships count)
- Basic understanding of quality management systems
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Any experience with data analysis or automation is a huge plus (mastery of excel is a must, other tools like PowerBI are welcome)
