The role

Our Senior operations analysts are responsible for managing a team of direct reports, while overseeing critical processes and controls to ensure efficient delivery of transfer operations.


You will use your knowledge to ensure consistent and quality delivery of the operational customer journey, working closely with Customer and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partner firms. You will proactively analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and streamline our operations processes.

On a typical day you will be…
  • Leading, coaching and supporting your team through regular 1:1s and development conversations

  • Overseeing payment workflows to ensure service levels are met and continuously improved

  • Acting as the subject matter expert and point of escalation for complex queries

  • Identifying risks, resolving blockers, and making sure controls and processes are up to date

  • Preparing and sharing accurate MI to give visibility of team activity and performance

  • Collaborating with colleagues across Operations and the wider business to deliver effective outcomes

  • Supporting training and knowledge sharing to build capability across the team

  • Driving continuous improvement in how we work and serve our clients

Interview process

In general, you can expect the interview process to look a bit like this, (following an initial chat with one of our Talent team):

  • First stage – 45 mins competencies-based interview

  • Second stage – 45 mins technical interview or assessment
