Job Description

The Details

  • Deliver trading performance: tracking, analysing and responding to market performance, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
  • Use insight & analytics on key KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, etc) to inform decision-making and trading actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (digital trading, planning, pricing, marketing, insights, finance) to optimise trading performance and customer experience.
  • Provide insight and analytics on a region’s (or multiple markets) sales performance: daily, weekly, monthly reporting, ad-hoc deep dives.
  • Lead forecasting: feed into regional/market sales forecasts.
  • Analyse under-/over-performing markets, KPIs and look for root causes and opportunities.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns (onsite and offsite), promotions and bespoke market codes.
  • Maintain competitor and market intelligence: monitor local market propositions and trading rhythms, track innovation in e-commerce/retail/fulfilment and their implications for trade.
  • Support Head of Markets in creating and executing mid-long term market strategies.
  • Support in P&L management across gross and profit lines & propositions.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
