The Role



You will create incredible value in being a part of the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) planning and reflection throughout the calendar year. In this position, you will partner closely with our Executive team to help in the overall organization and ownership of our OKR framework; as well as tools needed to track our success. You will partner closely with our broader leadership team to distill ideas, concepts, plans and business goals from formal and informal meetings to create actions plans and project timelines. You will be the enabler for our strategic initiatives, ensuring the execution of our key business priorities, as well as aligned on the strategic initiatives across the leadership organization.
You are a driven individual who is comfortable working across a leadership presence and are used to working with highly confidential information. In this position, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as it comes to the overall planning and project management for our leadership team. You know how important communication is, and what it takes to see things through from start to finish.

  • Helping to identify key strategic and operational objectives in the organization, as well as managing the process to translate these objectives into measurable OKRs
  • Championing the OKR mindset and driving OKR adoption through change management throughout the organization
  • Developing our OKR engagement, accountability, and alignment across all teams and across leadership. Having a willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed
  • Updating and maintaining our tools, systems, processes, and programs to effectively support our iManage OKR framework
  • Leading with data; know how to track key results (KPIs), interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to ensure objectives are on track
  • OKR Quality Control: ensuring that OKRs are clear, measurable, and the expected values and metrics are well defined. Focusing on the goal of driving business outcomes
  • Highlighting OKRs at risk and making the proper recommendations to bring underperforming OKRs back on track
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners across the organization to ensure alignment and support for our OKRs; having proven success in influencing without direct authority at all levels from senior leadership to individual contributors
  • Utilizing your project management skills to lead and help in developing the strategy, processes, and procedures for our leadership team to execute global initiatives
  • Assisting and communicating with proper team members in project implementation toward key company objectives
  • Attending leadership and planning meetings to help in organizing and managing the proper follow-up commitments and actions

  • Experience working in a fast-moving, SaaS business environment (ideally 7+ years of experience)
  • A passion for developing, planning, leading, and driving process around strategic initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills with all levels of employees; concise, persuasive, and authentic in both verbal and written communication with the ability to create compelling narratives in support of our business strategies
  • Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
  • The ability to assess situations quickly, grasping complexities, identifying key issues, and applying sound judgment
  • A proactive growth mindset and ability to work under deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy to achieve business outcomes
  • A keen eye for detail in all of my work
  • Superb judgement and integrity; having the ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Communications, Strategy, or similar major a plus
