Job Description
- Support preparation of HR analytics, management, and regulatory reports.
- Assist with HR data analysis, validation, and quality checks.
- Help automate recurring HR reports using Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and data owners to clarify requirements and ensure high‑quality data.
- Support ad‑hoc data requests for HR stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, charts), with exposure to Power BI and programming tools such as Python or SQL.
- Strong interest in analytics, AI, and data‑driven HR, with good attention to detail.
- Able to communicate data insights clearly and work effectively with HR stakeholders.
