Job Description
The incumbent will be performing setup of electronic services for non-individual customers and work with various stakeholders within the bank.
The incumbent will also be exposed to wide arrange of opportunity to learn different kind of electronic setup and corporate onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Process Non-Individual client onboarding including Account Opening, eServices (internet banking application and maintenance, etc)
Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations
Prepare statistics and reports
Perform Account maintenance for clients
Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor
Requirements:
Preferably at least 1-2 year of work experience in banking Operations
Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage
Candidate with callback verification experience is preferred
Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, Paynow, SGQR etc
Able to work independently and a team player.
Able to adapt to new technology / systems
Can multi-task and able to work under pressure.
Able to work in a fast pace environment and posses good typing skills
Computer literate with good Microsoft office skill such as words and excel
Meticulous and diligent with an eye-for-details
Possess good communication and analytical skills
