Role Responsibility
- Provide day-to-day analytical, project coordination and administration support in all C&B activities and initiatives for hotel properties and above-property offices in different geographic locations.
- Responsible to identify, participate and manage relevant compensation & benefits market surveys for our hotel properties and above-property offices.
- Research / collect / analyze / evaluate market and internal data to support the following activities:
- Compensation package proposals for our hotel properties and above-property offices;
- Salary benchmark analysis to identify competitive position / gaps / enhancement opportunities for our hotel properties and above-property offices;
- Review, recommend and formulate appropriate C&B and People & Culture (P&C) policies / programs / solutions to support P&C and business goals
- Perform benefits audit and support annual renewal exercises for our Corporate and Regional insurance & benefits programs, including healthcare, life and AD&D insurance, retirement, etc.
- Assist Senior Manager - C&B to manage annual salary review and bonus planning process, including market data collection, guidelines and timeline development, material preparation for management presentations, and final communications for all hotel properties and above-property offices.
- Participate in implementation, process improvement initiatives, and on-going data maintenance support for our Payroll and HR Information System.
- Assist and support other C&B projects as assigned, such as Incentive Plan Review & Administration, Job Leveling and Titling Structure Review, Rewards Philosophy Development, Salary Structure Development & Review, etc.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in HR / C&B discipline involving data analysis, market research, and project management
- C&B consulting background and experience is highly desirable
- University or post-graduate degree in HR or Business Studies
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of VBA / Macro programming on Excel is desirable
- Experience of IPL Payroll system, Oracle HCM or other HRIS softwares (i.e. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is an advantage
- Hands-on experience using AI technologies (i.e. ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools) is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking
- Ability to translate data to insights and visually communicate information
- Meticulous attention to details and accurate with numbers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, ability to work under pressure, and possess high level of integrity
- Good team player and able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues
- Well versed with Hong Kong employment related ordinances and HR practices; knowledgeable in PRC labour law is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English
- Mandarin speaking, reading and writing is a plus
