Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform opening of CPFIS and SRS accounts
Perform KYC and any other relating account opening functions
Ensure processing timeliness and accuracy meet agreed SLA consistently
Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory and internal control requirements
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review processes and identify opportunity to streamline the operational workflow and improve overall efficiency
Track and capture key operations MIS for management report
Collaborate closely with various functions to review queries, complaints, operational problems to ensure that they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
Support business plans and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in account opening and related activities
Good interpersonal skills
Organised and proactively provide suggestions for processing improvements
Able to work independently and in a team
Quick learner and able to multi-task
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detailed-oriented with good risk awareness
Computer literacy
