About the job:- Leading to carry out the technical development of new project. Evaluate new project technical, input, output, verify, confirm the transferring of technical information, schedule follow-up work and fix the spec.
- DV/PV test plan and verification of new project. DV/PV samples (Mockup samples, Customer samples, Test samples). To enact product BOM, Specification; Qualification plan (Tooling, Component, Product) and product trial run. GRD creation.
- Assist NPD Manager to review and analyze division work; propose solutions to the existing problems of the projects. Manage its team to develop the new products independently.
- Technical support – For some cases, may assist the quality, production department to solve some issues. Support PM and customer with some technical solutions and solve some issues. Product improvement and VAVE.
- ECR/ECN management in Windchill system. Specification management in PIM system.
- Operate and maintain department running system; train and follow-up evaluation for new staff.
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
- Good English reading and writing ability. Mechanical mold-related majors.
- Possess the computer-aided design capacity (CAD/PRO-E).
- Tolerance stack-up, GD&T, DFMEA.
- Simulation tools / concepts.
- More than 5 years experience, has the basic knowledge of the design development of mechanical products.
- Good data analysis skills and application experience in SPC/DOE and FMEA.
- Good English reading and writing ability.
