About the Team:
The Shared Services team is essential to the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our SaaS platform. We develop and maintain core services like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), events, license consumption, and collaboration tools. Our work enables product teams to innovate quickly while building on a solid and dependable foundation, ensuring the platform remains robust and scalable as it grows.
About the role:
Join our team where you'll help build and maintain the reusable components, tools, and frameworks that power consistent, scalable, and efficient product design across all Nintex products. You’ll play a key role in delivering beautiful, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces at scale, ensuring teams move faster while maintaining design consistency.
Your contribution will be:
- Own Key Areas of the Codebase: Take full ownership of at least one major component of the codebase while maintaining a high-level understanding of the entire system.
- Drive Design Clarity: Clearly articulate your code design decisions and suggest practical, effective solutions to move projects forward.
- Master New Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by quickly learning and adopting new technologies, while mentoring others to do the same. You’ll be the go-to person for sharing knowledge and improving the team’s skillset.
- Lead Feature Development: Implement complex features and serve as the primary resource for maintaining critical systems that drive our success.
- Coach and Improve: Navigate technical conflicts with professionalism, offering constructive feedback and coaching others to improve their work and foster a culture of growth.
- Boost Team Productivity: Identify opportunities for code reusability, driving efficiency and maximizing the impact of your team.
- Engage in Incident Management: Actively participate in incident management, including on-call rotation, and collaborate with the IM team to swiftly resolve issues.
- Innovate Continuously: Contribute new ideas and maintain a relentless focus on improving both technical solutions and team processes..
To be successful, we think you need:
- Experienced Developer: 7+ years of hands-on experience in either C# or Node.js
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience working within Azure cloud environments, enabling you to build and scale efficient applications in a modern cloud infrastructure.
- Relational Database Skills: Familiarity with relational databases will be a plus, allowing you to build data-driven applications with ease.
