We are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to join our delivery team.
Monthly salary ranges:
- B2B: 15,600 - 26,900 PLN + VAT
- UoP: 13,000 - 22,400 PLN (gross)
- Developing and implementing the highest-quality application software within deadlines and in accordance with our guidelines for high-quality code,
- Understanding the business side of the project and being able to lead in-depth technical discussions with partners and customers,
- Recognizing upcoming trends and technologies which might be presented to the clients with the right business cases, references and context.
- Participating in the documentation and execution of system testing,
- Sharing knowledge with the community and/or contributing to open source projects,
- Supporting/mentoring developers and other project members (e.g. PMs, QAs, PDs).
- Align technical aspects across project parts, even outside direct expertise.
- Make key tech decisions based on experience, risks, and quality.
- Balance time, quality, and cost in project execution.
- Support and mentor team members throughout the project.
- Match developers' strengths and interests with project opportunities.
- Balance coding and non-coding tasks for optimal team efficiency.

- Min. 5 years of commercial experience with NodeJS.
- Experience with:
- TypeScript/JavaScript,
- NestJS
- Express.js
- Familiarity with MySQL
- Microservices architecture (HTTP communication)
- Event-driven architecture (crucial requirement)
- Basic practical knowledge of AWS
- Willingness and ability to perform manual QA tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong documentation skills, especially in maintaining quality processes and documentation.
- Nice to have: Redis, PostgreSQL, Previous experience in developing financial products
