What you will do:
- Coordinate and investigate with Telecom Service Provider (ISP) to ensure Local/ Global Office Telco Circuits connection and availability
- Design, Plan, Implement, Configure and Establish various large scale IP Network Solution/ Equipment for new Offices (Routers, Firewall, Core/ Access Network Switches, WiFi, Load Balancers, Bandwidth Controllers, QoS, SD-WAN, etc)
- Upgrading existing Office Network to enhance Office Network redundancy, performance, and efficiency
- Perform Network maintenance, replacement and troubleshooting different Network related issues
- Monitor and Analyze daily Office Network Data (availability, latency, utilization, throughput, etc)
- Secure Network Access Protocols and ensure Network Security
- Conduct relevant User Training sessions and providing helpful references
- Reporting and Documentation (Network Equipment/ Licenses Inventory, Network Topology, Network Data Report, etc)
- Liaise and communicate with different Network Solution Providers/ Vendors in Global
- Handle Office Relocation Project for Head Quarter and Oversea Offices.
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
What you will need :
- Degree or certificate holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Proven solid network experience with a minimum 5 years
- Qualification in CCNP is a must
- CCDP, CITRIX, Wireshark, VCP-DCV, ITIL or relevant Certification holder will be advanced
- Solid Knowledge of various Network Equipment Branding and Models (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, FortiNet, Unifi, Huawei)
- Solid Knowledge of various ISP Service (Broadband, DIA, Metronet, MPLS)
- Solid Knowledge and experience on full agile Wireless Network Design and implementation
- Sound Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. IPSEC, VRRP, BGP, OSPF)
- Solid understanding of OSI or TCP/IP model
- Solid experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Good command of written and spoken skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Independent, self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure
- Flexible to work in an environment with occasional shift or overtime
