We are seeking a Level 1
Engineer for our SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) Management team with 2+
years of experience in Device Management.
The team member will be
responsible for the administration of SASE components such as Cloud Access
Security Broker, Firewall as a Service, Zero Trust Network Access, Endpoint
Protection, Posture, and Active Directory.
Proficiency in managing Change
and Incident processes is essential. The candidate must be prepared to work in
a 24/7 shift environment.
Technical skills:
· Administration and troubleshooting of the following technologies.
o Zscaler, Netskope. Cisco, Palo Alto
o Active Directory, Azure AD
o Groups and policy configurations
o Endpoint management
o Proxies and firewalls
o SDWAN concepts
· Good understanding
of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management

Skills Required

- CCNA, CCNP or vendor-equivalent certification with SASE product experience
- Administration and troubleshooting experience with Zscaler and/or Netskope
- Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto platforms
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD administration
- Knowledge of groups and policy configuration, proxies, firewalls, and endpoint management
- Understanding of SDWAN concepts
- Proficiency in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and concepts
- Ability to work 24/7 shift schedules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Any SASE vendor certification or additional network certification
